We supply high-performance hydraulic hoses as well as hydraulic fittings and connectors (hoses, steel or stainless-steel fittings, adapters, flanges, etc.) designed to meet the requirements of the shipbuilding industry.

Our products equip both civilian and military surface vessels (cable-laying ships, fishing vessels, frigates, etc.), as well as subsea equipment (nuclear submarines, underwater robots, drones, etc.) operating in particularly harsh environments.

We also supply hose assemblies installed on equipment (cranes, reelers, etc.) intended for installation in ports or on offshore platforms, as well as drilling vessels operating in offshore wind farms.

Finally, our hoses contribute to onboard fire protection systems by being integrated into mandatory fire suppression equipment.

Type Approval Certification – Bureau Veritas Marine (BV Marine) 

Our Pont-L’Abbé facility is certified by Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, and Tecalemit Flexibles holds Type Approval Certificates issued by Bureau Veritas for its crimped hydraulic hoses.

These certificates, also known as TAC (Type Approval Certificates), validate our products’ compliance with the stringent requirements of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, ensuring their suitability for installation on steel vessels, offshore installations, naval warships, and pleasure yachts.

We also manufacture metallic-reinforced hoses certified “BV Marine,” as well as stainless-steel corrugated metal hoses approved by Bureau Veritas.

These products are intended for maritime and offshore applications, including cruise ships, ferries, RoPax vessels, tugboats, and critical operations such as heavy lifting, mud pumping, maritime towing, and cargo transport.

The numerous tests carried out at our facilities as part of these certifications, including fire-resistance testing, ensure not only maximum reliability but also enhanced durability and safety.

Featuring a high-resistance polyethylene coating, our “Super-Abra” hoses are specifically designed to operate longer under severe conditions, ensuring maximum operational availability.
