Tecalemit Flexibles relies on a set of recognized certifications and approvals to guarantee its customers the quality, traceability and regulatory compliance of its products, in sectors as demanding as nuclear, marine, railway or defense.
These certifications cover our quality management system, the approval of our products by independent bodies, and our customs procedures, from design to delivery.
Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore Certification
Our Pont-l'Abbé site is certified Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore, with type approval certificates (TAC) for our crimped hoses intended for marine and offshore use.
These approvals cover our hose assemblies (2SC/2SN, 4SP/4SH), our fire-resistant references and our hoses for ship-to-ship transfer of hydrocarbons.
ISO 9001: 2015 Certification
Bureau Veritas Certification France certifies that our quality management system complies with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, for the manufacture of industrial and hydraulic hoses, the trading of hoses and fittings, and the manufacture of pneumatic tubing.
This certification covers all our production sites, from Pont-l'Abbé to our other facilities.
DREAL Type Approvals
Our hoses intended for the overland transport of dangerous goods are approved by the DREAL, in accordance with the French "TMD" order of 29 May 2009, for the transfer of class 3 and 9 (UN) products.
These approvals cover a range of diameters from 3/4" to 6", for secure transport and unloading applications.
AFNOR Certification (NF 377)
Our suction and delivery hoses intended for firefighting equipment are certified NF 377 by AFNOR Certification, guaranteeing their compliance with the sector's safety and quality requirements.
This certification covers our semi-rigid hoses and our suction hoses in several diameters (DN45, DN70, DN110), as well as our hoses for civil protection vehicle reels.
