Our Quality Organization:

We have developed an ERP specifically tailored to the needs of the hydraulic and fluid transfer domains in-house.
In addition to dedicated modules for the creation and manufacturing of equipped hoses, it integrates all the data necessary for calculating indicators (non-conformance rate, service rate, etc.), recording and tracking improvement actions, as well as elements for recording traceability data (material reception, stock movements, test certificates, etc.).
This tool is constantly evolving to enhance the efficiency of our Quality Management System.
Furthermore, any customer complaint undergoes a root cause analysis involving all relevant personnel following the QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) methodology.
