Depollution control bench of our design intended for flexible piping for hydraulic fluids.

This bench, located on our site of 31 Route de Combrit, in Pont l'Abbé, France, allows the clean-up of hoses up to ¾'' in diameter and has a wide range of connectors.

The cost of the operation is reduced by positioning 2 batches of 4 hoses cleaned alternately in two separate cells of the machine as well as by the particle counter that triggers the end of the cycle when the depollution class setting is reached.

The bench consists of a large capacity dialysis filtration element, cycle filters, a volumetric pump controlled by an electronic flow meter ensuring a variable flow of the depollution fluid depending on the diameter of the hoses in operation and a particle counter. In each of the two front cells, there are 8 pneumatic quick sockets that allow the operator to connect and disconnect the hoses quickly. Many tapered tips are available to facilitate connections.

We need this equipment to deliver hoses to our customers building hydraulic equipment including servo valves.
