FR BV Marine type approval certificates
Tecalemit Flexibles has just obtained type approval certificates from Bureau Veritas for our crimped hydraulic hoses.
These certificates, dated March 8, certify that the requirements of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore concerning hydraulic hoses intended for installation on steel vessels, Off-shore installations, warships and pleasure yachts have been checked and reached at our two sites in Pont l'Abbé.
They relate to hydraulic hoses constructed from our T211 (2SN), T221 (2SC), T911 & T912 (4SP and 4SH) hoses for diameters ranging from 5 to 51 mm, for hydraulic oil temperatures ranging from -40 at + 100°C and fitted with our steel end caps.
All of the tests provided for in the context of these certifications have been carried out, in particular those of fire resistance.
We are therefore currently able to quickly manufacture metal-reinforced hoses certified "BV Marine" but also to deliver corrugated stainless steel metal hoses with Bureau Veritas approval.
